60-year-old man sentenced for drug/gun possession

DARKE COUNTY — Judge Jonathan Hein of the Darke County Common Pleas Court sentenced a 60-year-old Arcanum man up to five years of community sanctions and 15 days in jail Monday for using drugs while having a gun.Arlie L. Combs was found guilty May 28 for possession of drugs, Alprazolam, a drug for anxiety disorders, which is a fifth degree felony, and a third degree felony weapons possession while on disability having a 9-mm handgun.
