Versailles drops to 14th in state rankings

COLUMBUS — The Versailles girls cross country team slipped one spot in the state rankings, falling to No. 14 in the latest Ohio Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches poll.Versailles fell from 13th to 14th in Division III, where they are tied with Columbus School for Girls, in the fourth weekly poll of the season. Reedsville Eastern and South Range passed Versailles in the newest rankings while the Lady Tigers moved ahead of Summit Country Day.Versailles has been ranked in each of the OATCCC polls this season, ranging from 13th to 17th in Division III. The Lady Tigers are the only Darke County squad to make the state rankings this season.
