SHELBY COUNTY - Three Darke County men that were charged in connection with a Shelby County sex sting investigation have since entered pleas in the Shelby County Municipal Court.

A two-month investigation which included video surveillance led to the arrest of nine men from Shelby, Darke, Miami, Mercer and Montgomery counties for engaging in sex acts at the Lockington Reserve Park in Shelby County in December.

Dennis Baldwin, 64, of Arcanum pleaded guilty to one count of Public Indecency and is scheduled to be sentenced April 2 after a pre-sentence investigation.

James Miller, 52, of Bradford and 72-year-old George Treon of Versailles both entered a guilty plea to one count of Public Indecency and received a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and are ordered to pay a $150 fine in addition to court costs. The men are also forbidden to be on the park property for any reason.
