GREENVILLE - Billy Ross, 27, Dayton, was sentenced on Thursday for one count of breaking and entering and one count of possession of criminal tools, both felonies of the fifth degree.
Ross previously plead no contest for the offenses, and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with two days credit served, as well as 50 hours of community service and adult probation for up to 60 months.
Ross was also ordered to pay $2240.54 in restitution to the American Legion costs for his offenses.
