GREENVILLE — The Northmen and Cathy will be appearing at 6 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Triumphant Christian Center, 1129 South Towne Court, Greenville. Pastor Sam Shilot and congregation welcome the community to this free concert.

Alan Godsey is lead singer and manager for the group; wife Cathy sings alto and plays piano; and Brad Luzadder adds the baritone part to complete the strong southern gospel sound to this group from Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Northmen began their music ministry 25 years ago and they have performed in 40 states and several foreign countries. They have performed in venues from campgrounds and county fairs to the main stage at the National Quartet Convention. The group has had 12 singles in the top 40 songs on the Singing News and Christian Voice charts.

The focus and purpose of The Northmen and Cathy remains the same as it has been for the last 25 years…a ministry that uplifts, entertains and reaches out to a lost and dying world to let them know that Jesus saves.

The Northmen and Cathy will be entertaining at the Triumphant Christian Church in Greenville, starting at 6 p.m. Jan. 17.
