NEW MADISON — New Madison Poppy Days will be May 27 and 28 when members of Post 245 American Legion Auxiliary, Legion and Sons will be distributing poppies outside of various business establishments in the Village of New Madison as a reminder of all hospitalized veterans so they are not “out of sight, out of mind.”

All donations will be devoted entire to rehabilitation and child welfare work for veterans and their families.

“Honor our American veterans; wear a poppy proudly,” said organizers.
