JV Wave battle Rams

GREENVILLE - The Greenville junior varsity football team locked horns with the Rams of Trotwood-Madison Saturday morning at Harmon Field.

The Wave defense held the GWOC North rivals to only six points through three quarters, but the Rams backfield wore the Greenville defensive frontline down in the fourth quarter, scoring two unanswered running touchdowns.

The Greenville offense came close, but could not put the ball in the endzone. The final score was 20-0. The JV squad will host the Piqua Indians in another GWOC North showdown Saturday at 10 a.m.
