GREENVILLE
- About 40 new coats, along with handmade mittens and hats were delivered to the Kids Learning Place in Greenville for boys and girls, 3 to 5 years old, in need.
Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher Chris Lennon said that about 430 coats had been delivered so far this year as part of the 12th annual “Warm Winter Wear for Darke County Children” campaign.
Children were given an opportunity to sit in Deputy’s Day cruiser and take a tour of a Spirit Medical ambulance.
