Lady Wave Stadium ready for construction

GREENVILLE - “The field’s ready to roll; 100 days from today softball season starts. There’s no turning back,” Greenville softball coach Jerrod Newland said as he supervises the Lady Wave Stadium’s current progress.

Over the last three weeks, the Greenville stadium has begun excavation for its new upgrades which include locker rooms, dugouts and a press box.

The stadium’s old dugouts, back stops and cement pads have been replaced with dirt in preparation for construction.
