Ind. burglary suspects back in court

DARKE COUNTY
- Co-defendants in a burglary that occurred Nov. 1, 2012
on the 3500 block of Hollansburg-Tampico Road
were back in a Darke County courtroom Friday afternoon.
Melinda S. Johnson, 19, and Justin E. Harrison, 32, of Richmond, Ind.
were both indicted on several charges, including burglary, a felony of the second degree, on Nov. 15, 2012.
Johnson pled guilty Friday to the single count of burglary. She was immediately sentenced to five years probation, that will be served through Wayne County, Ind. Harrison is scheduled to plead guilty at his rescheduled hearing on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Both suspects are currently facing charges through Wayne County, Ind. and are currently incarcerated. A third co-defendant,
Danielle E. Eldridge, 23, of Richmond, Ind.
pled guilty to
trespass in a habitation
, a felony of the fourth degree, in December, 2012.
