GREENVILLE – Greenville Safety Service Director Curt Garrison has been a busy man since assuming his new position in October of last year.

While aiding in the 2013 budget and developing new administration relationships, he’s also developing new upgrades for the city and its residents.

“Looking at 2013, we have about two and a half million dollars worth of capital projects that we’re going to be undertaking,” Garrison said. “In the years past, the biggest project was the 4.5 million dollar wastewater project, which was isolated to just the waste water facility.”
