CELINA – Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced the indictment and Arrests of seven persons. All charges are resulting from an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force. The Task Force is a combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize Counties.
The Celina Police Department assisted the Sheriff’s Office and the Task Force with these apprehensions.
Arrested were:
Spencer Kouts , 21, C/O Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, 3 Counts of Offenses involving Counterfeit Controlled Substances, Felonies of the 5th degree, 1 Count of Offenses involving Counterfeit Controlled Substance, a Felony of the 4th degree, 1 Count of Offenses involving Unapproved Drugs, a Felony of the 4th degree, 1 Count of Offenses Involving Unapproved Drugs, a felony of the 4th degree, 1 Count of Unlawful Possession of a Dangerous Ordnance, a felony of the 5th degree.
Zachary Sams, 23, C/O Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, 1 Count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the 5th degree, 1 Count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the 5th degree. Mr. Sams was served while in Jail on February 22, 2013.
Danny M. Griffith, 40, of Celina, 2 Counts of Offenses involving Unapproved Drugs, felonies of the 4th degree, 2 Counts of Offenses Involving Unapproved Drugs, felonies of the 5th degree, 1 Count of Trafficking in Drugs (Alprazolam, Schedule IV Drug), a felony of the 4th degree, 1 Count Trafficking in Drugs (Alprazolam, Schedule IV Drug), a felony of the 5th degree.
Beth Griffith, 36, of Celina, 2 Counts of Offenses Involving Unapproved Drugs, felonies of the 4th degree, 1 Count of Trafficking in Drugs (Alprazolam, Schedule IV Drug), a felony of the 4th degree.
Alan Bricher, 30, of Coldwater, 1 Count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Psiocyn, Schedule I Drug), a felony of the 3rd degree, 2 Counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, felonies of the 4th degree.
Bradley Fischer, 19, of Celina, 3 Counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, felonies of the 5th degree.
Jessica Siefring, 22, of Celina, 3 Counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, felonies of 5th degree.
