Massive fire in Phillipsburg destroys business

PHILLIPSBURG - At approximately 4:50 p.m. multiples calls were made to 9-1-1 in Montgomery County on a massive fire at the KTM building, located at 11311 State Route 49 in Phillipsburg.

GREENVILLE - On August 13 the Darke County Drug Task Force and the Miami County K-9 Unit conducted a narcotics investigation in the 1000 block of Martin Street in Greenville. During the investigation, detectives discovered heroin and crack cocaine at the residence.
