GREENVILLE — Two women were airlifted after being ejected from and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) Saturday night.

On October 15 at 7:45 p.m. Darke County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Gettysburg Fire, Gettysburg Rescue, and CareFlight responded to the ATV rollover accident at 8157 Arcanum Bears Mill Rd.

The preliminary investigation reveals that Amanda Hans, 36, of Greenville was operating a Polaris ATV in the yard at 8157 Arcanum Bears Mill Rd. Hans lost control of the ATV ejecting both her and her passenger, Leah Patterson, 28, of Greenville. Both women were flown to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight where they are both listed in stable condition.

This accident remains under investigation.
