Sept. 17-23 proclaimed ‘Constitution Week’

On Wednesday, Darke County Commissioners (front row, from left) Mike Rhoades, Mike Stegall and Diane Delaplane signed a proclamation declaring the week of Sept. 17 to 23, 2015, as “Constitution Week,” in honor of the 228th anniversary of the drafting of the United States Constitution.
