LYNN, Ind. — Arba Friends Church, 10632 South Arba Pike, near Lynn, Indiana, will be the site of a bicentennial celebration for both the church and the Arba community.

Arba was the location of the first settlement and first church in Randolph County, Indiana, founded in 1815. Though the original log Quaker meetinghouse no longer exists, the current brick building was originally constructed in 1854, with many additions added over the years.
