GREENVILLE - Daniel S. Hardy, 27, of New Madison appeared for an arraignment Thursday morning in the Darke County Court of Common Pleas. He was recently indicted on one count of Burglary, a second degree felony, for an offense that occurred Dec. 4, 2013.
Common Pleas Court Judge Jonathan P. Hein placed Hardy on an own recognizance (OR) bond with a pre-trial hearing scheduled for Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.
If convicted, Hardy faces up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine. He is represented by Miami County defense attorney Jose Lopez.
