DARKE COUNTY - R. Kelly Ormsby III, prosecuting attorney for Darke County, has released the following report on Grand Jury activity recently conducted by the prosecuting attorney’s office:


Robert K. Campbell, New Madison, indicted on a charge of breaking and entering based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Jillian Kay Geyer, Greenville, indicted on a charge of five counts of theft based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Shannon L. Riley, Arcanum, indicted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs (morphine) based upon an investigation by the Arcanum Police Department.


Jason L. Hunt, New Madison, indicted on a charge of aggravated burglary based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Brian e. Seats Jr., Greenville, indicted on a charge of domestic violence based upon an investigation by the Greenville Police Department.


Daniel R. Griggs, Greenville, indicted on a charge of domestic violence based upon an investigation by the Greenville Police Department.


Klint P. Kuck, New Paris, indicted on a charge of two counts of rape, kidnapping, two counts of selling or furnishing beer or intoxicating liquor to an underage person.


Heather R. Bosley, Greenville, indicted on a charge of possession of heroin based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Andrew R. Kaiser, Minster, indicted on a charge of two counts of passing bad checks based upon an investigation by the Greenville Police Department.


David P. Reffitt, Union City, indicted on a charge of two counts of possession of heroin and improper handling of firearm in a motor vehicle based upon an investigation by the Union City, Ohio Police Department.


Jason R. Byers, Arcanum, indicted on a charge of theft and grand theft based upon an investigation by the Greenville Police Department.


Derick S. Burton, Greenville, indicted on a charge of trafficking in heroin based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Raul D. Dean, Greenville, indicted on a charge of trafficking in marijuana based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Todd A. Kuhn, Greenville, indicted on a charge of trafficking in cocaine based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Chucky Montgomery, Huber Heights, indicted on a charge of two counts of trafficking in heroin based upon an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.


Billy R. Sizemore, Greenville, indicted on a charge of two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (methadone) based upon an investigation by the Greenville Police Department.
