GREENVILLE — The Greenville boys tennis team swept Xenia on Thursday, beating the Greater Western Ohio Conference South Division member 5-0.
In first singles Greenville’s Voja Tatarevic beat Jason Jones 6-0, 6-1. The Wave’s Evan Kiser beat Wyatt Fox 6-0, 6-1 in second singles. In the third singles match, Greenville’s Javi Bixler beat Conner Sell 6-1, 6-0.
At first doubles the Green Wave’s Dylan Blinn and Nathan Haviza beat Zane Cukovecki and Kenneth Klontz 6-2, 6-0. In second doubles, Greenville’s Adam Null and Craig Manges beat Dorien Morris and Chris Brodsky 6-1, 6-0.
Greenville improved to 7-4 on the season with the victory while Xenia fell to 0-11.
Greenville’s junior varsity also beat Xenia 5-0.
Masen Rich, Sean Wolter, Quintin Muhlenkamp, Wolter, Alex Lance, Tyler Davis, Justin McMiller, Josh Smith, Austin Grote, Darin Gusek, Scott Denman and Liam Henninger all were winners.
