WINCHESTER, Indiana - A former Randolph County teacher’s aide is under investigation after she admitted to having sexual relations with a 16-year-old male student on at least six occasions this year.Rebecca Nicole Bosworth, 36, of Winchester, was interviewed by detectives from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday after the Randolph County Child Protective Services learned of the alleged sexual relationship.Although 16 is the legal age of consent in Indiana, a person employed by a school corporation is prohibited from engaging in sexual activity with a student. Therefore a criminal investigation was started.
