UNION CITY, Ohio - Ted Leahey said “207,” the building on Oak Street which he and Rick Root have been remodeling for three years was a popular place this past weekend during the Union City, Indiana’s first Arts Festival.“The Ball State show was in here,” he said. “We had 18 or 20 pieces from artists. We put the art up at the donors’ reception.”Leahey said the Preservation Society hopes it eventually becomes a coffee shop where people can come in relax, enjoy and listen to old 33 1/2 records.“We have no manager yet,” said Leahey, who doesn’t want to do it because of having no time or energy.
