ARCANUM — Mike Wells will trace his ancestors’ journey from Maryland to the Kentucky frontier in the 1790s. He will discuss the conditions of everyday life on the frontier and the dangers that led to his family’s unique connection to the historic signing of the Treaty of Greenville in 1795.

You may wonder what Morgan’s Station has to do with Greenville, Ohio?

Come out Thursday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Arcanum Wayne Trail Historical Society located at 123 West George, Arcanum and hear the answers to those important significant questions.

They’ll be having dessert to celebrate AWTHS’s 20th anniversary, as well.
