Fall Genealogy Workshop planned

GREENVILLE — The Darke County Genealogical Society, Inc. presents the Fall Genealogy Workshop, featured speaker will be Dana Palmer. The workshop will be held Saturday, Oct. 12, 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m., at Garst Museum, Lowell Thomas Meeting Room, 205 N. Broadway, Greenville.

Palmer specializes in lineage society applications, publishing books, and midwestern research, specifically Ohio. In addition to her client work, she is part of the Mayflower Silver Books team, and lectures at RootsTech and the National Genealogical Society conferences

Pack your lunch or restaurants are nearby; drinks and dessert furnished. There will be juice, coffee, and rolls/muffins and fruit available in the morning. There will also be door prizes and handouts.
