GREENVILLE — The Greenville Lady Wave Golf team hosted Russia girls’ golf at Turtle Creek on September 9, 2024.
The Lady Wave won the match 209-213.
Leading the Lady Wave were Taylor Trissel with a 49, Vera Cox with a 50, Sofia Chrisman with a 52 and Reese Addington with a 58. Also playing for the Lady Wave were Callee Moore with a 64 and Ava Good with a 75.
Playing for the Lady Raiders were Aubrey Hoying with a 50, Anni Borchers with a 52, Josie Bergman with a 55 and Grace Poeppelman with a 56. Also playing for Russia were Grace Monnin with a 57 and Evie Rhoades with a 62.
“We did not have our A game today but managed to get the win. Taylor and Reese really helped with the win today,” head coach Tracy Haines said.
The Lady Wave golf team is now 4-6 overall and 2-2 in conference play.
