GREENVILLE — Beginning Tuesday, October 1, Greenville Public Library will be holding its annual Pumpkin Painting Palooza!

What used to be for kids only has now been opened to all ages. To keep things fair, we’ve divided the contest into age groups for judging. Ages 0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-18, and 18+ will each compete for a prize.

Pumpkins can be decorated in any way you choose. The more unique and creative, the better! However, carved pumpkins will not be accepted. All entries can be dropped off at the Circulation Desk through Oct. 10. Judging will be held on Oct. 15, with winners being notified soon after.

Anyone wishing to have their pumpkin returned following judging can request this when filling out their entry form. Pumpkins can be picked up from October 18 through November 1. Any pumpkin not claimed by Nov. 1 will be discarded.
