DAYTON — The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 17-year-old, David Rowland.

Rowland was 16 when he went missing from Dayton on Aug. 1, 2023. Authorities believe that he may still be in the local area. David is described as 5’5”, weighed 106 lbs. when he was last seen, and has blue eyes with brown hair.

When David was last seen, he had braces on his teeth. He may also go by the name Matthew.
