ARCANUM — The Arcanum-Butler Local Board of Education will hold its regular Board of Education meeting on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m., in the Board of Education Office.
Board of Elections meeting
GREENVILLE — The Darke County Board of Elections will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 9 a.m. for its September regular meeting. The board meets in the office located at 300 Garst Ave., Greenville.
FM BoE meeting
PITSBURG — The Franklin Monroe Board of Education will hold a regular session meeting in the Music Room (D111) at 8591 Oakes Road on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Greenville BoE meeting
GREENVILLE — The Greenville City School District Board of Education will meet in regular session on Thursday, Sept. 19, at 6:30 p.m., Anna Bier Room, St. Clair Memorial Ohio. The purpose of the meeting is to present any business that may come before the Board.
Ad Hoc committee meets
GREENVILLE — The Greenville City Counci’s Ad Hoc Committee with Chairman Delores Ely, Vice Chairman Christopher Norris and Member Greg White will meet on Thursday, Sept. 19, 1 p.m., in Council Chambers, Municipal Building to discuss creating a drug prevention program.
Family Day at the Elks
GREENVILLE — The Greenville Elks Lodge will be hosting a Family Fun Day on Sept. 14, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at their location, 214 W. Third St., Greenville. The event is open to the public and is a free event. There will be a free lunch, bounce house, games and prizes, and a chance to meet First Responders. Greenville Boys & Girls Club, We Are The Majority and Youth for Christ will be on hand. There will also be a chance to sign your child up for free books through the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and learn about various kids’ programs available through the Elks Lodge and the community. The event will be held rain or shine.

GREENVILLE — The Greenville High School Class of 1966 is having its monthly luncheon at Sloopy’s (Russ Road) on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 12:30 p.m. Mark your calendar. GREENVILLE — The Darke County Park District Board of Commissioners will meet in regular session on Thursday, Sept. 19, 4 p.m., at Shawnee Prairie Preserve Nature Education Center, 4267 St. Rt. 502 W., Greenville. Bradford BoE meets
BRADFORD — The Bradford Exempted Village School District’s Board of Education will meet in regular session on Sept. 11, 6:30 p.m., at 760 Railroad Ave., Bradford, Room 404. The public is invited to join the meeting in person or watch virtually using the information on the district website at www.Bradford.k12.oh.us. Any person wishing to address teh board must contact the superintendent no later than 1 p.m. on Tuesday of the board meeting. The regular session will be followed by an executive session, if necessary, as provided by law.
