BERNIE MORENO TO HEADLINE DARKE GOP HOG ROAST

GREENVILLE — Bernie Moreno, Republican candidate for the United States Senate, will headline the Darke County Republican Hog Roast and Trump Train Parade at Noon on Sunday, Oct. 20 at the Darke County Fairgrounds. The Darke County Hog Roast is a long-standing Darke County tradition that provides a free sausage sandwich meal to the public.

This year, the Darke County Republican Party has partnered with the Preble County and Miami County Republican Parties in hosting a tri-county Trump Train Parade. The route to Miami County will be via State Route 571, where a rally with Congressman Mike Carey, Congressman Warren Davidson, Senator Steve Huffman, and others will be held at the Troy Business Park on State Route 55. Food trucks and live music will be on-site.

A preliminary schedule of events has the Darke County Fairgrounds opening at 11 a.m. DJ911 and Trump vendors will be featured.

At noon, the Trump Train Parade will depart Eaton bound for Greenville. The coliseum doors open and the meal is also served at noon. There will be live music by Isaac Buschur.

At 1 p.m., the Hog Roast Rally starts with Bernie Moreno, Congressman Warren Davidson, Ohio Auditor of State Keith Faber, Ohio Senate President Matt Huffman and others.

At 2:15 p.m. the Trump Train Parade departs the fairgrounds. The Parade will be led by the Bernie Moreno Bus.

At 3 p.m., the Troy Business Park Grounds will open. There will be live music and food trucks on the grounds.

At 4:30 p.m., the Miami County Rally Begins in Troy at 855 West Market Street.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this free event to celebrate America, educate voters, and hear from Republican candidates. Bring your families, friends and neighbors; decorate your cars, trucks, jeeps and whatever else with an engine. Trump swag will be available for purchase. If you live along the parade route, decorate your lawns and come out to wave.
